Now this would be an excellent gag gift -- Don't think I've seen one like this before.

Secrets of Colossus come into view again

Great news to hear that the world famous Bletchley Park in the U.K. has been saved from destruction.

Bletchley Park is where the Allies did their signals intelligence and cryptanalysis work and where the worlds 1st programmable computer was housed. Nicknamed Colossus (and it was aptly named!) it has been recently restored and can be viewed in this gallery.

I had heard that Mr. Hemingway lived and worked in Toronto as a journalist, and this article in the Torontoist reminded me of it again. Something I've always wanted to know more about.

Thanks to writer GRAEME BAYLISS you and I now can. Personally enjoyed the article very much.

Cheers.

Talk Radio Losing Advertisers In Wake Of Limbaugh Scandal

Great News!

According to Huffington Post at least 50 advertisers have left Rush Limbaugh's show in recent days. In fact according to Huffington last Thursdays airing of Limbaugh's show had mainly public service announcements. In other words no paid spots.

Maybe conservative talk radio is coming to an end south of the border? If so I applaud it's demise -- It's not like these conservative talking heads have ever let the facts get in the way of a good story eh?!
