☢️☣️ The Russian Defence Ministry held briefing (https://t.me/mod_russia_en/1059) on a provocation against the Russian Federation prepared by the USA and NATO with the accusation of using nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. Three scenarios (https://t.me/mod_russia_en/1067) are planned for the Russian Federation accusation:

The first one is a ‘staged incident under a false flag’ that is the most probable. This could include a real use of chemical and biological weapons that would cause deaths among the population or staging ‘sabotages’ from Russia at the facilities of Ukraine involved in the development of components for weapons of mass destruction.

The second one refers to a ‘Maximally covert use of weapons of mass destruction in small volumes’ for neutralising the will power and the capacity to resist within the fulfilment of a particular operational task. This scenario was supposed to be implemented in Azovstal.

The third and the least probable one is the ‘overt use of weapons of mass destruction at a combat area’ in case of failure to succeed in using conventional armaments in the combat zone. This scenario was considered for Slavyansk and Kramatorsk that had been transformed into fortified towns.

▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

💥This afternoon, high-precision long-range air-based missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces disabled logistics terminal at a military airfield near Odessa, where a large batch of foreign weapons received from the US and European countries was being stored.

💥During the day, 22 military assets of Ukraine were hit by high-precision air-based missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

▫️Among them: 2 battalion command and control posts and 1 brigade command and control post, 11 strong points, as well as areas of Ukrainian manpower and military equipment concentration. Up to 200 servicemen and nationalists, as well as more than 30 armoured vehicles and cars, were destroyed.

▫️3 weapon, military equipment and ammunition depots have been destroyed in Illichevka and Kramatorsk.

▫️4 anti-aircraft missile systems were destroyed: 3 Buk-M1s near Kurakhovka and Romanovka and 1 Tor anti-aircraft missile system near Sergeevka.

💥Russian air defence means destroyed 3 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near the settlements of Izyum and Kherson, including 1 Bayraktar TB-2 over Lozovaya, Kharkov Region.

💥Missile troops and artillery carried out 102 firing missions during the night. Destroyed: 6 command posts, 84 strong points and areas of manpower and military equipment concentration, as well as 10 artillery batteries.

📊In total, 141 aircraft and 110 helicopters, 541 unmanned aerial vehicles, 264 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,479 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 278 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,081 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,321 units of special military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed during the operation.

🇷🇺 The Ministry of State Security of the LPR found documents confirming the interaction of the OSCE SMM with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

 Among other things, a “list of infrastructure facilities in the Luhansk region that may be subject to fire damage” was found, indicating their location.”

Donetsk People’s Republic flag is now raised over the highest point of Mariupol

I find it rather amusing that the Western press has been constantly referring to the destruction in Mariupol, yet it looks rather undisturbed to moi, viewing this footage and other's I've seen over the past month. The Russians have done a remarkable surgical job AFAIC. Not like the Americans, who would have bombed it to ruins as they did in Iraq's Mosul and Syria.

▫️Ukrainian Armed Forces units abandoned an arsenal with a large amount of ammunition for artillery, mortars, multiple rocket launchers and air defence weapons. 

▫️Ammunition for multiple launch rocket systems with cluster warheads is stored in the arsenal depots. It is these types of ammunition that the AFU soldiers used to shell residential areas, constantly endangering civilians.

❗️The situation in Mariupol has normalised. Residents were able to move freely through the streets without having to hide from Ukrainian Nazi shelling.

▫️Humanitarian aid is delivered: food, water and basic necessities. Authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic are organising the clearing of streets from rubble and the removal of damaged Ukrainian military equipment.

▫️All remnants of the Ukrainian Azov Nazis, together with foreign mercenaries from the US and European countries, are securely locked inside the Azovstal plant. 

▫️Our demands that the women and children allegedly with them be released to travel freely in any direction are ignored by Nazis.

▫️The procedure for civilians, if there are any, to leave Azovstal for further evacuation is reported to the Nazis every hour. This information is also brought to representatives of the Kiev regime through Deputy Prime Minister Vereshchuk.

▫️The holding of civilian hostages, if there are any, by the Azov Nazis and foreign mercenaries proves that they are not "defenders" but complete terrorists.

▫️In this regard, the US State Department spokesperson's attempts to lie about the Nazi allegedly keeping control over Mariupol are a fake and a direct abetment of terrorists at a high state level. 

▫️The State Department is habitually misinforming its own citizens, and everyone else.

▫️Ukraine itself, its inhabitants in Mariupol and other cities, Washington is interested only in the profits from arms supplies and the fight against Russia at least "to the last Ukrainian", as all its proxy states repeat behalf of the State Department.

Update 1:

🇷🇺Today at 15:12 Moscow time, Sarmat, land-based intercontinental ballistic missile, was successfully launched from a silo at the Plesetsk state testing cosmodrome in Arkhangelsk Region.

🚀The launch objectives have been met in full.

▫️The design characteristics during all phases of its flight are confirmed. The training combat sections arrived in the target area at Kura training ground on Kamchatka Peninsula.

▫️Flight tests of the prospective heavy-lift missile with a dividing warhead made it possible to assess the correctness of the design and technical solutions used during the development of Sarmat missile system. 

▫️This launch is the first in the state test programme. After the completion of the testing programme, Sarmat missile system will enter service with Strategic Missile Forces.

▫️At the Uzhurskiy missile formation in Krasnoyarsk Territory, preparations are underway to rearm the main missile regiment with the new missile system. Promising Sarmat missile system will replace Voyevoda.

🔹Sarmat system is a product solely of Russian industry cooperation. The missile's mass and energy characteristics have expanded its range of weaponry, both in the number of warheads and in types, including gliding hypersonic section.

🔹The new missile is capable of hitting targets at long ranges using a variety of flight trajectories.

🔹Sarmat missile has unique characteristics that allow it to be guaranteed to overcome any existing and promising anti-missile defence systems.

🔹Sarmat is the most powerful missile with the world's longest distance to hit targets, which will significantly enhance the combat power of our country's strategic nuclear forces.

📊In total, 140 aircraft and 106 helicopters, 498 unmanned aerial vehicles, 254 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,397 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 261 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,038 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,244 units of special military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed during the operation.

▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

💥During the night, high-precision air-based missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces suppressed 13 strong points of the Ukrainian troops, as well as areas of enemy's manpower and military equipment concentration in Slavyansk, Barvenkovo and Popasnaya.

✈️💥Operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces hit 60 military assets of Ukraine. 2 depots of Tochka-U missile warheads were destroyed near Chervonaya Polyana and Balakleya. 3 command posts of Ukrainian troops as well as 53 areas of enemy's manpower and military equipment concentration were also hit.

💥Missile troops and artillery hit 1,260 military assets. Destroyed:

▫️25 command posts of Ukrainian units near Nikolaev, Kirovsk; 

▫️2 missile and artillery weapons depots near Voskresensk and Nikolaev; 

▫️2 Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile launchers near Gulyai Pole and Nikolaevka II, as well as 1,214 enemy manpower concentrations.

💥Russian air defence means shot down 1 Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet near Malinovka, Donetsk Region. 2 Ukrainian Tochka-U tactical missiles were intercepted near Petropol'e and Malaya Kamyshevakha. 4 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed near Mar'inka, Kamenka, Semenovka and Sinichino.

📊In total, 140 aircraft, 487 unmanned aerial vehicles, 252 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,353 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 256 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,014 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,208 units of special military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed during the operation.

Russians Appeal for Militants at the Azovstal Plant to surrender.

❗️Taking into account the catastrophic situation at the Azovstal metallurgical plant, as well as guided by purely humane principles, the Russian Armed Forces once again offer the militants of nationalist battalions and foreign mercenaries from 12:00 (Moscow time) on April 19, 2022 to cease any hostilities and lay down their arms. All who lay down their weapons are guaranteed the preservation of life.

▫️For the implementation of the measures of this next humanitarian operation, the following algorithm of actions is provided:

🔹from 13:00 (Moscow time), continuous communication is established between the Russian and Ukrainian sides for the mutual exchange of information;

🔹from 13:30 (Moscow time), the militants of nationalist battalions and foreign mercenaries – on the one hand, the Russian Armed Forces together with the military formations of the Donetsk People's Republic – on the other hand, declare a ceasefire and guarantee its strict observance. 

▫️The actual beginning of the ceasefire by both sides is indicated by the raising of flags:

🔹from the Russian side – red, from the Ukrainian side – white around the perimeter of Azovstal. In addition, the fact that the parties are ready to introduce a ceasefire is confirmed by all communication channels;

🔹from 14:00 to 16:00 (Moscow time) – the exit of all Ukrainian armed units and foreign mercenaries without exception, without any weapons and ammunition.

❗️Once again, we call on the official authorities of Kiev to show prudence, to give appropriate instructions to the militants about ending senseless resistance and leaving the hotbed of resistance. However, realizing that they will not receive such orders and commands from the Kiev authorities, we urge them to make such a decision on their own and lay down their arms.
